What we believe
- One God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all, (1 Cor. 8:6a; Eph 4:4)
- One Lord, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the only begotten of the Father (John 3:16), of the very essence of God (Phil 2:6), very God of very God (John 1:1), Through whom all things were made, (both in heavens and on earth Col 1:16), who came down from heaven, was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and on the third day He rose again, according to the Scripture, and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of His Father. From there, He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. Anyone who believes in Him, and calls upon Him will be saved. (John 14:6; Acts 2:21; Acts 4:12)
- One Holy Spirit that proceeds from the Father (John 15:26), and He produces the fruit of righteousness (Gal. 5:22, 23), and empowers all believers through His gifts, (1 Cor.12; Eph 4:11-13) and helps us walk in His ways, and opens our eyes to understand the Word of God, and calls for “Holy Living” (Mat. 5:48; Rom. 12:1.2)
- One Holy Apostolic Church, which is the Body of Christ. (1 Cor. 12; Eph 5:25-28)
- One Faith (Gal.2:20; Romans 3:21-26)
- One Baptism that follows repentance (Acts 2:38), that comes after accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and through immersion (Baptizo – to immerse or wet fully – Acts 8:36-38; Rom 6:4)
- One Hope Of Resurrection, resurrection unto eternal life of those who were dead in Christ, as well as Rapture for those believers who are alive when Christ returns (1 Thess. 4:15-18).
